| 1. Written by Assistance on April 5, 2010 Steve, You could file a small claims action against Removeyourname, but it would have to be filed in Michigan (where they are located) if you want to be able to collect the judgment. I used them and they wouldn't answer the phone or emails, but they completed the job. I honestly don't know what to tell you because they don't answer the phone or return calls. You have to just hope they see one of your emails and complete the task or you could file the lawsuit. If you used a credit card, you could dispute the charge with your credit card company. |
| 2. Written by Steve on March 31, 2010 Remove Your Name ripped me off too! I paid $1499 at the beginning of NOVEMBER 2009 and they have done nothing. They won't even answer my emails. I live in England. How can I get my money back or take them to court? |
